1. Service Enrollment & Subscription Terms

Enrollment may include a monthly recurring subscription, depending on the service or product selected.Monthly billing begins 30 days after the date of enrollment, regardless of whether the Client has completed onboarding or accessed the service.Access to services is considered delivered once portal login credentials or setup instructions have been sent to the Client.Failure to log in or use the service does not pause or cancel the subscription.


2. Onboarding Responsibilities

Clients are provided with onboarding instructions and portal access after enrolling.It is solely the Client’s responsibility to complete all onboarding steps, including submitting required documents or activating any necessary third-party accounts.Work will not begin until onboarding is completed.Delayed onboarding does not delay billing or create grounds for a refund.


3. Cancellation Policy
To officially cancel your subscription and stop future billing, you must contact us through one of the following methods: Preferably portal

Cancellations submitted via text message, social media, or third-party messaging platforms are not valid.


Billing will continue until your official cancellation request is received and processed.

4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued due to:

Client inactivity or failure to log inIncomplete onboarding

Missed or unread communication
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for technical issues only. If you experience problems accessing the service or portal, please contact our support team immediately.


5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact SCS Solutions LLC before disputing any payment with their financial institution.

If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to present evidence including:

Service enrollment confirmationAccess logs and communication historyClient’s agreement to these Terms and Conditions

Knowingly disputing a valid transaction or claiming fraud on an authorized purchase will be treated as a breach of contract.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, documents, tools, and digital services provided by SCS Solutions LLC are protected under copyright law. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only.

Redistributing, reselling, or publicly sharing any materials is strictly prohibited.
